2018: New Corporate Offices & Continued Growth

Growth is a good thing when managed correctly. 2018 has proven to be a good year for us. We were in need of traditional office space that is centrally located between downtown Dallas and the ever growing Uptown area. Effective February 16, 2018, we have new corporate offices. Our new offices are located in the Two Turtle Creek Tower in Uptown at:

It is our intention to further develop our Texas Shelf Companies inventory throughout 2018. Our target goal is to create an additional (100) shelf companies which we will make available in mid-2020.
Management consulting services will continue to expand throughout 2018. We have new clients each week seeking our consulting services for the development and maintenance of business structures. Its both exciting and challenging when coupled with the new federal tax laws. I see a tremendous growth in LLC filings as well as c-corp filings with the new lower corporate income tax rate. This is definitely a beautiful thing for our great country!
