ABOUT YOUR BLOGGER: My name is Allen T May. I am the C.E.O. of Westwood Associates LLC, a Texas limited liability company engaged in management consulting services. Our firm provides services to law firms engaged in corporate law matters for their clients. We assist law firms with securing Texas shelf corporations and limited liability companies (LLCs) for their corporate clients. In addition, we provide registered agent services for Texas chartered corporations and LLCs. While our firm specializes in providing management consulting services to licensed attorneys and law firms, we do offer similar services to area businesses and individuals.
I am a graduate of Adams State University, holding both an M.B.A. in Leadership as well as a B.A. in Business Administration & Sociology. I also have an undergraduate degree in Paralegal Studies, and numerous advanced certificates and diplomas in paralegal studies, business mediation, legal investigation, and corporate litigation.
Since 2012, I have been a certified mediator by the National Association of Certified Mediators; and a Credentialed Mediator by the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association. I am a proud and active member of both the Phi Sigma Theta, and the Pi Gammu Mu national honor societies. I am an avid tennis player, outdoor griller, and wine taster. I reside in Dallas, Texas.
